Deadline for completing the 2024 annual report

We wish to kindly remind you that January 15, 2025 will be the deadline for completing the 2024 annual report on research and teaching activities in the University System of Evaluation of Academic Teachers (EVA; see instructions below). We would like to thank all those who have completed it, and to ask all the others to complete the form.

We strongly encourage you to carefully and meticulously complete all subsections of the report. Based on this report, Dean’s awards for publications will be given. We also wish to remind you that in accordance with the Dean’s decision, receipt of additional funding for research activities is conditional on, among other things, the timely submission of annual reports on scientific and teaching activities.

Timely completion of the reports is particularly important for us this year due to the upcoming evaluation of the quality of scientific activity for the years 2022–2025 (Polish REF), as we would like to simulate the expected parametric score based on the data from the reports.

In order to complete the report, you should:

1. go to the website:https://eva.uw.edu.pl/
2. log in as for USOS
3. enter the “For employee” tab
4. go to the tab “Go to edit your achievements” (Most of the items in the list of achievements are easy to fill in and intuitive, and publications can be downloaded to the EVA system from PBN – just enter the Orcid number).
5. then go to the “Annual Reports” tab
6. select the year of the report, and the achievements should automatically appear.
