Introduction to academic culture at UW – workshop

• decode some important values, norms and expectations at UW,
• explore differences and similarities in academic cultures,
• find out what to expect in your everyday work at UW,
• discuss the (potential) challenges to adaptation and develop some solutions and good practices.
  

This workshop is for international employees, especially researchers, who have recently joined the University of Warsaw.

An employee is understood as a person hired on the basis of employment contracts. In order to attend the workshop administrative and service workers are asked to send a signed permission from their immediate supervisor to welcome.event@uw.edu.pl

• The registration is held via Kampus platform and open until the 24th of November, 10 pm.
