The UW Course Evaluation Survey

Dear Madam, dear Sir,
according to the resolution of the University Teaching and Learning Council, the UW Course
Evaluation Survey is conducted in all UW academic units with a common survey system
integrated with USOS.
We kindly ask you to allocate 15 minutes during one of the last three classes in the semester
to conduct the survey. If there is a final test during the last class, please conduct the survey
during one of the preceding classes. It is important to encourage the students to complete
the survey during the class. Please inform your students on the ways of access to the
survey.
Students can complete the survey in USOSweb or by USOS UW mobile app.
Access to the survey system:
In USOSweb: Go to Student’s section (pl. Dla studentów), choose Surveys (pl. Ankiety), and
then choose the survey matching the given classes.
In USOS UW mobile app: In the main menu, choose Surveys (pl. Ankiety), and then choose
the survey matching the given classes.
