How to apply for a place in a student dormitory?

The Office for Student Financial Support warmly invites all students interested in applying for accommodation in one of the University of Warsaw dormitories to an informational meeting, during which we will review the key rules and procedures for applying for a place in a UW student residence.

● Format: Online via Google Meet
● Registration: Participation requires prior registration through the following form:

Important: The meeting link will only be sent to participants who complete the registration form.

During the meeting, we will cover:

● rules for allocating dormitory places,
● required documents and key deadlines,
● the most common application mistakes and how to avoid them,
● a live Q&A session with staff from the Office for Student Financial Support.
