Invitation to the Conference “The Early Modern World: Perspectives and Practices in Contemporary Historiography” Olomouc, 24–28 November 2025

Dear Colleagues,

We cordially invite you to participate in the international BIP (Blended Intensive Programme) conference, which will take place on 24–28 November 2025 in Olomouc, Czech Republic.

The event is primarily addressed to doctoral students specializing in early modern history, and its aim is to present research projects in the form of conference papers or posters.

Participants will receive 3 ECTS credits for taking part in the programme.
The working language of the conference is English. The meeting will bring together representatives from the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia, providing an excellent opportunity for academic exchange and international cooperation.

The Olomouc conference continues the tradition of previous editions held in Pardubice and Wrocław.

Those interested in participating are kindly asked to confirm their intention to join and provide a preliminary number of participants (students and academic staff), as institutional registration is currently underway.
