We would like to remind you that on July 31, 2025, the Rector of the University of Warsaw signed an order introducing the University of Warsaw’s Open Science Policy. This document sets forth the rules regarding open access to scientific publications and research data created at the University of Warsaw.

Starting February 1, 2026, all scholarly publications by authors affiliated with the University of Warsaw (UW) must be deposited in the UW Institutional Repository (ReIn UW), while research data should be made available in the UW Research Data Repository or in trusted subject-specific repositories.

The training sessions are designed to explain the policy guidelines and provide a practical introduction to using the ReIn UW repository and the research data repository.
