Information Sessions on Student Residence Hall Applications

The University of Warsaw Financial Aid Office is organising online information sessions for students and doctoral candidates who will begin their studies at the University of Warsaw in the 2026/2027 academic year. During the meetings, participants will receive essential information about applying for a place in a student residence hall, including eligibility rules, required documents, and application deadlines.

Please note that the second round of applications for accommodation in the University of Warsaw residence halls will be open from 3 August to 19 August 2026.

Meeting schedule:

• 7 August 2026, 11:00 a.m. (CEST) – session in Polish;
• 7 August 2026, 1:00 p.m. (CEST) – session in English.

Participation requires prior registration, and the number of places is limited.
