🎓 Announcement for University of Warsaw Students – Financial Aid 2025/2026

Are you planning to apply for the Rector’s scholarship, social scholarship, scholarship for students with disabilities, or emergency aid for the 2025/2026 academic year? 📝

✅ All applications must be submitted exclusively via the USOSweb system.
✅ Exceptionally, in case of a system failure, paper versions may be submitted to the Office for Student Financial Aid – but the deadlines remain unchanged!

📅 Application deadlines:

Rector’s scholarship: from October 1 to October 15, 2025. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Social scholarship: available from September 1, 2025. To receive the benefit for a given month (e.g., October), the application must be submitted by the last day of that month.
Scholarship for students with disabilities: available from September 15, 2025, also with monthly deadlines (by the end of each month).
Emergency aid (one-time financial assistance): applications can be submitted from October 1, 2025, throughout the academic year.
