Information on the extension of the application deadline for research project funding

We would like to remind you about the opportunity to apply for funding for research projects. Please note that the deadline for the current call has exceptionally been extended by one month. Applications can now be submitted until 31 March.

We encourage all interested applicants to submit their proposals.

Detailed rules are specified in Order No. 13 of the Dean of the Faculty of History of November 10, 2022

A microgrant can be used only once during an academic year. The maximum amount that can be granted at one time is PLN 2,500. The funds may be used for individual domestic or international research projects, for example archival or library research, participation in a scientific conference, training or a summer school, as well as for making copies of archival materials necessary for preparing a diploma thesis.

Important: funds are granted only for activities planned after the announcement of the results. It is not possible to apply for reimbursement of costs for activities that have already taken place.

Applications are accepted every year (until further notice) in two periods during the academic year:
– from January 1 to March 1 (in 2026 – until March 31)
– from October 1 to November 30.
