Summer Opening Hours (July–August 2026)

From 1 July to 31 August, the administration of the Faculty of History will operate on reduced working hours.

July

• Administration: 6-hour working day between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (employees may choose one of the following schedules: 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., or 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., subject to agreement with their direct supervisor).
• Library and Reading Room: open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Building: open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

August

• Administration: 5-hour working day between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (employees may choose one of the following schedules: 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., or 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., subject to agreement with their direct supervisor).
• Library: open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; the Reading Room will be closed.
• Building: open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Please note that in the case of scheduled conferences, recruitment-related events, and other previously arranged activities requiring extended building access, the building will remain open and fully operational until these activities have concluded.
