Biography
Graduated in 1986 from the Institute of History, Warsaw University, earned his Ph.D. in 1997 and habilitated in 2007. Research interests: media, propaganda, public opinion in 18th century Europe. Poland under the reign of Stanisław August Poniatowski. France of the Old Order – 17th-18th centuries.
